We’ll taste six different sakes from the Kiso Valley,
paired with small dishes inspired by both Japanese and New York food culture.
No formal tasting. No need to know anything about sake.

Sake Social was born from a love of Japanese sake and the experience of sharing it with people from different places.
This first gathering brings local sake from Kiso together with ideas and flavors inspired by New York, creating a small social experience somewhere between a tasting, a dinner, and a conversation.
And the setting is Kiso-Fukushima, a historic post town along the Nakasendo Trail.

About
Masako Goto | THE LITTLE SAKE CARAVAN
Based in Tokyo, she works in the hospitality industry while actively sharing the appeal of sake. She launched "THE LITTLE SAKE CARAVAN" with the aim of creating opportunities for people to connect through sake and to discover new regions and cultures. She fell in love with the Kiso region while traveling there alone during her time living in New York, and she continues to visit frequently since returning to Japan.
